Discover a health companion designed to guide you through the Yang Fire Horse lunar year using Traditional Chinese Medicine seasonal insights rooted in the Five Elements.
This planner offers practical guidance for aligning daily life with natural rhythms while cultivating balance and self-compassion throughout the year. Each lunar month carries its own elemental theme, allowing you to begin using this planner at any time.
The Lunar Health Planner series was created to bring the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine into everyday life — aligning seasonal energy, lunar cycles, and elemental awareness with practical health practices.
The 2026 Yang Fire Horse Lunar Health Planner is not a conventional planner. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Element system, this planner follows the natural rhythm of the lunar year rather than the standard Gregorian calendar.
Each lunar month starts on a new moon and carries a distinct elemental theme, offering specific guidance for movement, nourishment, reflection, and lifestyle alignment.
Inside, you’ll find:
• Monthly elemental overviews
• New and Full Moon reflection prompts
• Five Element lifestyle guidance
• Seasonal health considerations
• Weekly planning space
• A structured yet flexible lunar framework
Unlike conventional planners, this guide is not restricted to a January start date. Each lunar month stands independently within the elemental cycle, allowing you to begin at any point in the year.
