Beckie Wagner The shipping timing was great. However, my cream arrived to me not as a crème but a liquid. When I opened it to use it, some spilled on the carpet because I was not expecting liquid. I called and was advised to put it in the refrigerator to make it solid again. That worked but receiving a crème and finding a liquid is very surprising and I was nor prepared. A heads up to customers might be advised
