Organic Ingredients:
Chamomile
Gotu Kola
Hawthorn Berries
Lemon Balm
Nettle
Rose Petals
Directions:
Use 2 heaping tablespoons of tea for every 12 oz of hot water.
Allow to steep 15-20 min.
Strain and drink.
