Red Clover Blossoms Trifolium pratens
Mullein Leaf Verbascum thapsis
Marshmallow root Althaea officinalis
Thyme Thymus vulgaris
Anise Seed Pimpinella anisum
Peppermint Mentha piperita
Wild Cherry Bark Prunus serotina
Yerba Santa Eriodictyon californicum
Directions:
Steep 1 tbsp of herbs in 12 oz hot water for 15-20 minutes (or longer)
Strain and drink
Add honey for added benefits (not for children under the age of 1)
This tea is not suitable for during pregnancy & breastfeeding
