• Red Clover Blossoms Trifolium pratens
• Mullein Leaf Verbascum thapsis
• Marshmallow root Althaea officinalis
• Thyme Thymus vulgaris
• Anise Seed Pimpinella anisum
• Peppermint Mentha piperita
• Wild Cherry Bark Prunus serotina
• Yerba Santa Eriodictyon californicum

Directions:

• Steep 1 tbsp of herbs in 12 oz hot water for 15-20 minutes (or longer)
• Strain and drink
• Add honey for added benefits (not for children under the age of 1)
