Forest Bath Hydrosol is hand-distilled from felled tree branches in the mountains of Colorado.

"Living up near Red Feather we are stewards of the land and have had a forester out to look at the health of the trees and offer mitigation recommendations. I felt called to have a repurpose for the limbed tree branches, instead of just putting them in the community slash pile. So Earth Bird Apothecary was born.

Hydrosols are an underutilized form of aromatherapy in my humble opinion. They are such beautiful plant spirit waters that use a lot less plant materials too. I am grateful for the trees and their terpenes and other beneficial + therapeutic chemical compounds.

I created a Forest Bath blend using ponderosa pine, douglas fir + juniper. It is a safe and effective way to get the tree essences within reach for people to apply and inhale the forest."
