During hot weather, there is a chance that products may soften or melt in transit. This does not affect their quality or effectiveness, though texture may change slightly.

To help:

• Please bring your package inside promptly after delivery.

• If your cream arrives softened, place it in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours to firm back up.

We are not responsible for products left outside in the heat, but we’ll always do our best to package your order with care so it arrives in good condition.
