This version of aloe juice is free of all other ingredients, there are no thickeners added. It holds a thin, water-like consistency and is yellow to light tan in color.
Aloe vera juice should be preserved as close to the manufacture date as possible. Water based formulations are fragile and if they become contaminated, mold and bacteria can lead to serious health risks.
Shelf Life: Without the preservative, this product should be used within 3 months and stored in the refrigerator or a cool location. With the preservative option included, it should be used up within 9 months of purchase or added to a formulation which will contain additional preservatives.
