Shipping & Returns


The shipping times listed on our website during the checkout process are determined by USPS and UPS and are estimations of how long it will take for your package to get to you once we have shipped it. We do our best to send out your products as fast as possible; however, we hand make everything in small batches (so it's as fresh as it can be) and occasionally we run out of stock, in which case it may take longer for your items to get to you. If this happens we will do our best to be in touch to let you know.

Before you check out, you will be able to review your total cart costs including shipping fees.

Once the package leaves our facility it is out of our hands and any issues with shipping and delivery will need to be addressed with the shipping provider directly.

Backorders: If a product runs out of inventory, that item will be placed on backorder. If your order contains multiple items, some on backorder, and some not on backorder, we will contact you to discuss next steps.

ExchangesProducts may be exchanged only if they are unopened. You are responsible for the shipping and packaging fees to return your order. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee to be sent an exchanged item.

Returns for Unopened MerchandiseUnopened merchandise in its original, intact packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less original shipping fees. You are responsible for the shipping and packaging fees to return your order. Please email us via our contact us form to let us know about your return so we can assist you.

Bulk herbs and personalized tea or tincture blends cannot be exchanged or returned.
