Immune Chai Tea, Bag 3.6oz

Made with Immune Boosting*** herbs, this Chai Tea herb mix is sure to warm you up when it's cold.

Ingredients:

• Cinnamon*
• Cardamom Pods*
• Star Anise*
• Astragalus*
• Codonopsis*
• Reishi Mushrooms*
• Turkey Tail Mushrooms**
• Clove*
• Ginger*
• Black Pepper*

Directions:

To make, take 1/2 cup of the tea mix and add to 2 quarts of water on the stove.
Simmer for 45 minutes, covered, or until the liquid is reduced by half to make a strong infusion.
Strain and add milk of choice or water and honey if desired.
The strong tea will keep in the fridge for several days.
